SpectrumGreen Control DNA

This product is provided as positive control DNA for CGH. The DNA is extracted from the MPE-600 tumor cell line that has known chromosome aberrations determined from CGH and karyotype analysis. The DNA is directly labeled with SpectrumGreen fluorophore.

Controls may be useful as comparison for fluorophore labeling and hybridization results.

These controls are also provided in the CGH Nick Translation Kit.
