Vysis LSI SNRPN SO/ CEP 15 SA/ PML SG Tri Color Probe hybridizes to chromosome 15. The SpectrumOrange SNRPN hybridizes to 15q11.2. The probe is ~125 kb in size and spans the SNRPN gene. The CEP 15 probe is labeled in SpectrumAqua and hybridizes to the centromeric region of chromosome 15. The PML SG probe hybridizes to the 15q24.1 region and is approximately ~180 kb in size. The PML SG probe spans the region that begins within intron 7 and extends toward the centromere of chromosome 15 for approximately 180kb.
The New Vysis LSI SNRPN SO/ CEP 15 SA/ PML SG Tri Color Probe is one of five individual products offered for the detection or characterization of abnormalities involving 15q11-13.
Please Note: No hybridization buffer included.
