The Paraffin Pretreatment Kit II consists of ready-to-use reagents to consistently prepare a paraffin section for FISH. The kit reagents increase the accessibility of target DNA in paraffin-embedded sections for FISH. The Paraffin Pretreatment Kit II provides a more aggressive method of pretreatment for optimum performance. If used as directed, the Paraffin Pretreatment Kit II yields an 8-fold increase in enzymatic concentration over the current Paraffin Pretreatment Kit (32-801200).
