Paraffin Pretreatment Kit III

The Paraffin Pretreatment Kit III consists of ready-to-use pretreatment reagents, including a type of protease not found in other Vysis^® Paraffin Pretreatment kits. Using this protease and the recommended protocol, a very aggressive pretreatment can be administered to paraffin sections, increasing the accessibility of target DNA.

Storage Conditions:
All components contained in the Paraffin Pretreatment Kit III may be stored at 2 to 25°C except Protease III, which must be stored at -20°C upon arrival.
