The Nick Translation Kit is designed for fluorescence labeling of DNA using Vysis® fluorophore-labeled dUTPs.

The Nick Translation Kit includes:

  • Nick translation enzyme mix (525 ìL)
  • 10x nick translation buffer (300 ìL)
  • dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP solutions (200 ìL each)
  • Nuclease-free water (1500 ìL)
  • Protocol for nick translation labeling for Vysis® Spectrum dUTP
