Vysis® LSI® TCR alpha/delta Dual Color Break apart Rearrangement Probe
Product Description
| Probe Name | Probe Location | Fluorophore |
| Vysis LSI TCR alpha/delta | 14q11 | SpectrumOrange TM SpectrumGreen TM |
The T-cell antigen receptor, alpha subunit locus (TCRA) spans about 1000 kb and is located at chromosomal location 14q11.2. Contained completely within the TCRA locus is the T-cell antigen receptor, delta locus (TCRD).
The SpectrumOrange centromeric part of this probe begins about 67 kb centromeric of the 5' end of the TCRA/D locus and extends toward the centromere for approximately 660 kb. The telomeric component of this probe is labeled in SpectrumGreen and covers about 710 kb. It begins at a point approximately 16 kb centromeric of the TCRA constant region and extends toward the 14q telomere. Between the two probe components there is a gap of approximately 980 kb which includes virtually all of the TCRA/D locus.
