FISH Pretreatment Kit

Reagents for pretreating cytologic samples prior to FISH. These are the necessary reagents for the recommended pretreatment of cytologic samples.

Storage Conditions:
All components contained in the Paraffin Pretreatment Kit III may be stored at
2 to 25°C except Protease III, which must be stored at -20°C upon arrival.

The kit contains:

• Protease (3 x 25 mg)
• Protease Buffer (3 x 50 mL)
• Wash Buffer (2 x 250 mL)
• 2M MgCl 2 (3 x 0.5 mL)
• 20X SSC (1 x 66 g)
