HPA-Coronavirus RT PCR Kit

The HPA-Coronavirus RT PCR reagents constitute a ready-to-use system for the detection of HPA-Coronavirus RNA using realtime PCR in the ABI PRISM® 7000 system.

• Sensitivity — The sensitivity is 0.5 copies/µl
• Ease of handling — Three pipetting steps to add the reaction mix to each purified sample and the ABI PRISM® 7000 system handles the rest!

Recommended Sample Material

• Serum samples (validated). 
• Provoked sputum (recommended), nasopharyngeal wash or BAL (bronchalveolar lavage) samples which are the specimens of choice for detection of respiratory viruses (not validated).
